- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was a very nice experience. Best Dentist ive been to in my whole life. Staff were very nice and hospitable. Dr. Timm was very friendly and explained everything step by step in a way that you can underatand. The office itself is very homely and very confertable. Not to mention the beautiful view of there fish pond out back from your dentist chair. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.November 20, 2017by Matthew Cassidy
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While the staff is courteous and very nice to be around, Mr.Timm on the other hand is a complete prick. I went in with pain in a couple teeth I knew there was a problem obviously. Once Mr.Timm came in he took a small look for a few seconds with his first comment being how bad my breath was, really kinda like I had an infected tooth smart guy? He then proceeded to tell me "alright the gloves are off" as though I prompted a fight or some other altercation just by coming in with a few bad teeth. He followed with "you have a horrible infection in one of your teeth and need 2 pulled, why wasn't this done sooner". I explained I had just moved out this way and had not gotten a good job until recently. After which he scoffed at me like I was beneath him, and went on to tell me "well you should have come in sooner". Really with what money tree was I supposed to pay you oh prophet of the teeth. So to wrap it up they want me to pay 120 dollars with insurance (Blue cross blue shield) for an arrogant assessment with a hint of douchebag. I would recommend this place to absolutely no one and if you appreciate a kind dentist with a bit of class go literally anywhere else at all. Also the cherry on top I had an x-ray that they said they would send to the specialist, which they never received. So now I owe more to the guy who actually helped me with my teeth. Which is ok with me because Dr.Cardon is great and very friendly so I don't mind giving him the money he deserves.February 14, 2017by Kuthuluu the all seeing
